This calculator is designed to calculate attorneys fees assuming prejudgment interest in effect in Alaska for the year of the date of judgment, and attorney fees under contested with trial schedule, and attorney fees under contested without trial schedule, under Rule 82. It assumes interest accruing in equal increments during a 365 day year for regular years and interest accruing in equal increments during a 366 day year for leap years.
