Kenneth M. Gutsch received his B.A. from Knox College in 1982. Mr. Gutsch attended Leningrad State
University in the Soviet Union and the University of Besançon in France during his undergraduate studies.
He worked in the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa for two years, and is fluent in French and Russian.
Mr. Gutsch graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law in 1988 as a member of the Law Review
and editor of the Recent Decision section of the Illinois Bar Journal.
Mr. Gutsch was admitted to the Washington and District of Columbia bars in 1988. Mr. Gutsch is a member of the
American, Alaska, and District of Columbia Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Counsel of Alaska. He is
also past president of Alaska Special Olympics.
