Megan N. Miskill received her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2001 and her law degree from the University of Oregon in 2008. While at the University of Oregon, she served as a Managing Editor of the Oregon Law Review. Between college and law school, she worked as a neuropsychometrist in Anchorage, Alaska.

Ms. Miskill served as a judicial law clerk to Alaska Superior Court Judge Sen K. Tan in 2008-2009. She was admitted to the Alaska Bar and the U.S. District Court of Alaska in 2010. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, the Young Lawyer Section of the Anchorage Bar Association, and the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers.
